This monograph compiles almost thirty years of graphic design by the Atelier ter Bekke & Behage.
Atelier ter Bekke & Behage is the result of a meeting between two graphic designers, Evelyn ter Bekke and Dirk Behage. Dedicated to creative graphic design, the studio works in the whole field of 'public utility' communication and has designed numerous works for French public institutions, more specifically in the cultural field - visual identity, signage, publishing, posters, etc. Their main contributions include work for the Maison Européenne de la Photographie, La Colline-Théâtre National, Odéon-Théâtre de l'Europe, the Musée National de la Préhistoire in Dordogne, and the Musée National de la Porcelaine Adrien Dubouché in Limoges.
This monograph, the first to be dedicated to them, compiles twenty-five years of graphic design through essays by Vanina Pinter, including short texts dedicated to the studio's major projects, and supplemented by biographical texts by Colin Lemoine. Printed in offset (432 pages in four-colour process and five direct tones), with a hardback cover screen-printed in five direct tones on board, this book illustrates the projects carried out by the studio from the first sketches to the final realisations.
